Please Be Aware
A small number of Unemployment Services Trust (UST) members have recently brought to our attention invoices received from an entity known as “US Telecom”, which also uses the “UST” acronym in their communications. These invoices request payment for telecom services which were never solicited or provided.
Unemployment Services Trust is not affiliated with US Telecom in any way, and the invoices in question were not sent with our knowledge or authorization. We have contacted the FBI field office in Los Angeles and they have indicated that they are aware of this scam and have advised that any member which receives an invoice from US Telecom should ignore it. No member account information has been compromised.
